DFAIT-Cameco-CBIE Aboriginal Essay Competition 2010

A unique program designed to encourage young Aboriginal people to engage in Canadian foreign affairs and international trade.

Requirements: Submissions should discuss Aboriginal peoples’ contribution to Canada’s international relations and/or links between Aboriginal peoples and international issues. Please submit English or French essay of between 1500 and 2000 words in MS Word or PDF. Essays should be double-spaced in 12 point Times New Roman or similar font.

Export Development Canada (EDC)

CBIE also administers the Export Development Canada (EDC) International Business Scholarships Program for Canadian students studying business/commerce at the undergraduate level and interested in international trade.The deadline for applications for the 2010 International Business Scholarships has passed. EDC would like to thank all candidates for their applications. All scholarship winners will be directly notified by March 31, 2010. The next round of applications for the 2011 scholarships will begin in October 2010.
