WHAT YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
The conference registration fee includes all plenaries, workshops, coffee
breaks, the Opening Reception on Sunday night, the Networking Lunch on Monday,
the Banquet on Tuesday, and the Closing Breakfast on Wednesday. This does
not apply to students and daily registrants, whose registration fee covers
plenaries and workshops only. However, they may purchase tickets separately,
subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference registrations cancelled before October 18, 2004 will be subject
to a $65 administration fee. No refunds will be made for registrations
cancelled after October 18, 2004. Substitutions will be accepted.
